Great and fine options for breakfast with Boiled eggs and cheese, as example.

I liked the room like in the picture. The breakfast was marvellous and very very good with Boiled eggs, pastries and cheese, paying attention to little details. The location was good and perfect, close to a railroad station...

For venice this was a real bargin. We paid about 90 Euros a night here in peak season. Five min walk from train station and water bus stop. It was on down a quiet street just off a busier main street with loads going on. The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was very basic but that happens a lot in italy and the decor was a little over powering but all in all a bargin for the price.

Comfortable beds made for good sleep.
The air conditioning was turned off despite being promised. It was unbearable to sleep in such a hot room. Plus, the shower wasn't clean, with hair left on the floor and mold growing in places. It seemed like the staff had minimal regard for hygiene and comfort.

Great and absolutely perfect location in pretty nice area, so close to cruise terminal, train station and water taxi, and public transport and grand canal. Located in a quiet street. Neat room with modern renovated bathroom. Marvellous and very good breakfast selection with cheese and pastries, as for instance, well priced...

The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station and from the nearest vaporetto (water bus) stop. There are plenty of food options close by.
After a long day of walking we returned to our hotel to a very warm and muggy room. I asked the older gentleman at the desk if it would be possible to turn on the air conditioning. He said that we should open the windows instead. We opened the windows for a little while but then mosquitoes started entering the room. We opted for closing the windows and being a little warm. Nothing terrible but worth mentioning.

I really liked the fact that it was so close to the train station and the vaparetto's but far enough away not to be too noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Also close to some really good places to eat. If you get the chance and it is Opera season...go, La Fenice burnt down after I was there in the last century!!! It is certainly back in business.
They accidently lost our room keys so I had a worrying night, but they had found them by the next morning thankfully.

The room we had was super clean and comfy. The breakfast had tasty pastries and cold cuts, made our mornings brighter. We loved lounging in the cozy TV room and taking breaks in the garden area after a day out.

The junior suite is excellent, with its courtyard. Suitable for honeymooners.
Location is a bit deep inside. Difficult to find.
